Dated Event tickets

Admission to an Event on a specified date or during a specified period normally has no statutory 14-day cooling-off right. This exception applies to the organizer's dated admission sold through Goeeng as its disclosed intermediary.

Your rights when an Event is canceled, changed, not supplied or defective remain available. The Terms of Service explain those rights, including eligible refunds of the allocated booking fee.

A separately displayed fee does not by itself create a separate withdrawal right. The rules below concern a legally separate Goeeng service.

Goeeng booking and resale services

For a separate paid Goeeng service supplied to you as a consumer, you may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days after the contract is concluded, unless a legal exception applies. Any longer period required by law remains available. We do not offer an additional voluntary cooling-off refund.

A genuine private seller's resale is not covered by trader-to-consumer withdrawal law. This does not remove your consumer rights concerning Goeeng's own separate service.

Starting immediately

You may expressly request that we start the service during the withdrawal period. For a paid service, your withdrawal right ends upon full performance only if you agreed beforehand to that early start and acknowledged that full performance would end the right.

Our purchase booking service covers arranging the purchase and delivering the ticket. It is fully performed when the purchase has been successfully arranged and a valid ticket has been delivered as ordered. Starting work, taking payment or attempting an unsuccessful ticket issue does not complete that service.

Ongoing Support and your Event-refund rights remain available after completion. The booking fee does not pay for ongoing Support through the Event.

For a separate resale service, the same legal conditions apply. Its withdrawal right does not end merely because you create a listing. Completion of a buyer's booking does not establish completion of every service owed to the resale seller.

Refunds after withdrawal

If you requested an early start and withdraw before completion, we may retain only the lawful amount proportionate to the service already supplied. This applies only where the required information, request and other legal conditions were satisfied.

We refund the amount due without undue delay and within 14 days after receiving your notice. We use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without charging a refund fee.

Withdrawal from a legally separate Goeeng service does not itself cancel your admission, except where applicable law also requires the admission agreement to end. A fee already returned is counted once when calculating any later Event refund.

Your free account

These withdrawal rules also apply to the free account service where consumer law covers it because personal data is used beyond providing the requested service or meeting legal duties. This includes processing for optional marketing.

Withdrawing from the account contract ends that account service. Existing ticket, payment and refund rights are handled separately, subject to applicable law. Ordinary account-closure checks do not defeat a statutory withdrawal right.

You can withdraw optional marketing consent without ending your account. The Privacy Policy explains your separate data rights.

How to give notice

Send a clear statement identifying the contract you wish to withdraw from before the withdrawal period expires. You do not need to give a reason or use the model form.

In the app, choose Withdraw from service from your order or the withdrawal reading. Review the service, reference, your name and your chosen receipt email, then select Confirm withdrawal. We record the notice and its submission time and send an email receipt without undue delay. That receipt acknowledges your notice; it does not claim that a refund has been approved or admission canceled.

You may instead email support@goeeng.app or write to Dániel Levente Reha, 1117 Budapest, Neumann János u. 1E, Hungary. Other unequivocal statements remain valid. A problem accessing the app does not remove your right to give notice.
