1. Who provides Goeeng

Goeeng helps people discover Events, buy and share tickets, meet friends, make Plans, exchange messages, and share photos and videos. Hosts use it to organize Events and sell admission.

The operator of the platform, referred to as Goeeng, we, or us, is:

DetailOperator information
Legal nameDániel Levente Reha, operating as an individual
Correspondence address1117 Budapest, Neumann János u. 1E, Hungary
Emailsupport@goeeng.app
Telephone+36 30 553 9720

These Terms govern your use of Goeeng. The Privacy Policy explains personal-data processing. Acknowledging that policy is not consent to every use of data. Optional marketing and other consent-based processing have their own choices.

Events initially take place in Hungary. The app is intended to be available worldwide. Local law, age requirements, payment-provider eligibility and the availability of particular features may affect what you can use.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 16 to create or use an account. If local law requires a parent or guardian to authorize your agreement or a particular transaction, obtain that authorization. Being eligible for an account does not establish legal capacity for every purchase or commercial activity.

Flash Rooms and applications to become a Host or Venue Partner require you to be at least 18. An Event can have its own lawful admission age. Buying a ticket does not override that age or any disclosed admission condition.

Provide accurate account and billing information and use only identities and payment methods you are entitled to use. Do not impersonate someone else. Keep your device, sign-in codes and recovery information secure. Contact Support promptly if someone gains unauthorized access.

Sign-in uses phone verification or Apple. Required account information includes your display name, handle, date of birth and email. A verified email is needed for email-based account recovery. Your date of birth is not public.

3. Using Goeeng responsibly

You must have the rights and permissions needed for material you upload and for identities, businesses and Events you represent. Respect other people's privacy, image rights, copyright and safety.

Do not use Goeeng for unlawful activity, fraud, impersonation, harassment, threats, exploitation, non-consensual intimate material, or sharing another person's private information without a lawful reason. Do not infringe rights, manipulate tickets or rewards, bypass access controls, or interfere with the service. Do not misuse reporting or recovery processes.

Goeeng is not an emergency service. Contact the appropriate emergency services when someone is in immediate danger.

4. Event organizers and ticket contracts

The organizer identified for an Event sells its admission. Goeeng acts as the disclosed intermediary arranging the sale in that organizer's name and provides the platform and booking service. A Host profile is a product identity; the legal seller's name and required business details must be identified before you commit to a purchase.

The organizer is responsible for delivering the Event, its description, permissions, Venue arrangements, safety and lawful admission decisions. Goeeng remains responsible for its own service and obligations. Using an intermediary does not remove either party's legal responsibilities.

The Event information and ticket conditions shown before purchase form part of the admission agreement. Host wording cannot remove the refund and ticket rights provided by Goeeng or mandatory law. Entry conditions cannot become stricter after the Event's first publication.

For an in-app resale, the current holder supplies the existing ticket through Goeeng's resale process. The organizer remains responsible for admission and running the Event. Applicable seller-status and consumer-rights information must be shown before purchase; a private resale seller is not automatically a business trader.

5. Prices, booking fees and payment

Before you authorize payment, we show the Event, ticket choices, currency, applicable discount, booking fee and total payable. A booking fee pays for arranging the purchase and delivering the ticket. It does not pay for ongoing Support through the Event. It is independent of the payment method and is not a surcharge for using a card, Apple Pay or another payment instrument.

The quoted fee is fixed for that reservation. Later tariff changes apply only to new reservations. A changed amount requires fresh authorization. Required taxes and unavoidable charges must be included in the disclosed total.

Goeeng supports the currencies offered at checkout, initially HUF and EUR. Goeeng does not provide its own currency exchange. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own conversion or charges under your agreement with it.

Payments and payouts use payment providers, including Stripe. A pending or uncertain payment is not a confirmed ticket. We reconcile the existing attempt; a timeout alone is not a reason to charge you again. A purchase containing several eligible tickets succeeds together or leaves no partial ticket issue and no net charge.

Ordinary free tickets require no payment method or booking fee. Receipts and applicable tax documents belong to the payer. A document-delivery problem does not by itself cancel a valid ticket.

6. Tickets, gifts and pre-purchase requests

A ticket belongs to its current holder for admission. The payer retains their order and payment documents. A person may hold only one ticket for the same Event, including a multi-day pass.

Permitted gifts and unpaid transfers move admission rights under the conditions shown in the app. A completed gift cannot be reclaimed by its payer. Private Event tickets cannot be gifted, transferred or resold. Assigned tickets follow their disclosed assignment and revocation rules and cannot be transferred or resold. A ticket screenshot is not a substitute for the required admission credential.

An eligible pre-purchase request authorizes a purchase within the selected tiers, maximum amount, discount track and expiry. Requests fill in submission order using the cheapest acceptable available tier. Only the actual fill price is captured. Unused authorization is released; cancellation and expiry release remaining holds. Availability or successful payment is not guaranteed.

Changing the request's locked purchase conditions requires cancellation and a new request. Payment recovery can preserve the existing position until expiry. Receiving a ticket for that Event through another route ends the duplicate request, subject to reconciliation of any payment already underway.

7. Resale

Eligible unused tickets may be offered at face value through Goeeng. Resale inventory supplies purchases after the Host's inventory is exhausted. Allocation is automatic; buyers do not negotiate with or choose a seller.

Before listing, the seller sees the deductions and expected proceeds. The standard resale deductions are a 3% platform fee and a 2% organizer share. Unrecovered Goeeng-funded discounts attached to that purchase are also deducted as explained before the original discount is used and before resale. No listing is offered if those deductions leave no positive proceeds.

Gifted, free, Private Event, Assigned and otherwise ineligible tickets cannot be resold. A listed ticket cannot be used for admission. Canceling the listing restores ordinary use subject to its current validity and a five-minute relisting cooldown.

Listing does not guarantee a sale. A valid seller-owned payout method is required. Proceeds become eligible for release after the Event and door reconciliation, or after cancellation refunds and settlement are reconciled. Disclosed holds can apply. Provider processing and arrival in your bank are separate from release; we do not guarantee a bank-arrival date.

8. Cancellation, changes and refunds

Cancellation starts an automatic refund. A postponement without replacement dates immediately allows eligible holders to request a refund. Each announced replacement date, Venue change or advertised-artist change gives the eligible current holder a Keep or Refund choice. Artist withdrawal and removal count.

The change choice remains available until the ticket is used, resold, or its first covered Event day begins, whichever happens first. A refund requested before replacement dates are announced remains requested. Partly used multi-day passes require Support review; there is no promised automatic partial-refund formula.

An entitled refund returns the amount actually paid for the affected ticket, including its allocated booking fee, less amounts already returned. Applicable Points and offer restoration follows the benefit attached to that purchase.

The current holder makes the eligible refund choice. Money goes to the payer and original payment instrument of the ticket's latest paid purchase. Gifts and unpaid transfers preserve that destination. A completed paid resale replaces it with the resale buyer's purchase. Earlier completed resale proceeds remain owed to the seller; the resale chain is not unwound.

For other changes of mind, use an available transfer or resale route, or ask Support for discretionary help. This does not limit a right granted by law. Qualifying leisure admission for a specified date or period generally has no ordinary 14-day cooling-off right. That exception does not remove rights when an Event is canceled, materially changed, not supplied, or otherwise legally defective, and is not a blanket exclusion for every service sold through Goeeng.

Withdrawing from a Goeeng service

A separately displayed booking fee does not by itself create a withdrawal right. A legally separate Goeeng consumer service has the withdrawal rights explained in our Withdrawal rights and form, including the 14-day period where it applies. We do not offer an additional voluntary cooling-off refund.

Our purchase booking service covers arranging your purchase and delivering a valid ticket as ordered. For a paid service, withdrawal ends on full performance only after your prior express request to start early and acknowledgment of that consequence. Payment or an unsuccessful ticket issue does not complete the service. Ongoing Support and the Event-refund rights above remain available.

The linked withdrawal notice explains how to give notice, any lawful payment for work already supplied, the refund deadline, and the optional model form. It also covers Goeeng's separate resale and qualifying free account services. A fee returned under those rules is counted once in any later Event refund.

9. Points, offers and group rebates

Points are earned and used under the conditions shown in Goeeng. Purchase Points belong to the payer, including eligible gifts. Points do not expire while the account remains active, but redemption requires available funding and an eligible purchase. The app explains unavailability before payment.

Offers have their own eligibility, saving limits and expiry. They are personal, single-use, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Referral promises accepted under a campaign retain their recorded conditions. Event group rebates follow the Host's published, locked conditions and return qualifying credits to the original payer.

Refunds, confirmed chargebacks and proven earning errors can correct the associated rewards. If Points have already been spent, the adjustment is recovered from future Points; it does not create a cash debt. We explain corrections and do not silently reprice completed purchases.

10. Your content and our limited licence

You retain ownership of your content. You grant Goeeng a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, process, format, transmit and display it only as needed to provide the features you use and enforce these Terms lawfully. This includes technical copies and permitted in-app galleries and Recaps. Service providers may perform these limited tasks for us.

The licence respects your audience choices, Private Event restrictions, deletion rights and curation controls. Authorized Event managers may review the eligible curation pool for their Event, including protected Event media, as described in the Privacy Policy. Curation does not transfer ownership or permit an independent advertising copy.

We need separate permission to reuse your photos or videos in Goeeng's off-app marketing, including advertisements and social-media promotions. We do not use your content to train AI models. We do not sell personal data or share it for third-party advertising targeting.

When content is deleted or its permitted lifetime ends, the licence ends for ordinary display. Limited retention needed for lawful reports, legal obligations or isolated backup expiry follows the Privacy Policy. Other people's independently captured copies may remain outside Goeeng's control.

11. Flash Rooms

Flash Rooms are for eligible adults accepted-scanned into the same Event. Eligibility can be enabled after the feature is explained, and you may opt out. An invitation does not submit a photo: participation requires your own camera submission.

During the room, participants inspect and react to entries without Goeeng showing the author's account identity. A recognizable face or surroundings may still identify someone. Safety review and a report may disclose information to authorized reviewers.

A Flash Room photo is not automatically published outside the room. After the room ends, you can explicitly choose to publish an eligible, safety-cleared photo and use the ordinary choices for keeping it on your profile and selecting an album. The publishing step explains the resulting audience and author identity. Declining, dismissing the choice or doing nothing publishes no post.

The unpublished photo remains privately available to you for up to 24 hours after the room ends. It is then deleted unless separately held as necessary report evidence under the Privacy Policy. A report hold does not publish it.

An approved publication follows the usual Event, album, curation and deletion rules. Winning does not require publishing the photo outside the room. Safety review may delay or prevent a result; an invitation, submission or vote does not guarantee a prize. Apple does not sponsor or administer Flash Rooms or rewards.

12. Privacy, visibility and messages

Your basic profile identity is public. Public and Private album settings govern kept posts; Private generally means you and accepted friends, subject to stricter source restrictions. Review the audience before publishing.

For people aged 16–17, albums start Private and temporary posts start friends-only, with an explicit choice needed to publish a temporary post publicly. Attendance and scan-derived friend presence start hidden, and optional recommendation profiling starts off. Wider sharing and profiling require deliberate choices; turning 18 does not automatically widen saved settings.

For adults without a retained hidden choice, friends can see expected attendance and scan-derived presence unless Ghost hides them. GPS does not show your precise location to friends. The Privacy Policy explains crowd heat, place-tagged posts and the limits of Ghost mode.

Ordinary private chat content is end-to-end encrypted and disappears under the message rules. It is not a permanent archive or backup. A participant can deliberately disclose an individual message and attachment when reporting it. That evidence has a separate, limited retention period. Encryption does not prevent recipients from making copies outside the app.

13. Reports, restrictions and complaints

Use the report feature or contact support@goeeng.app about illegal or harmful content. Identify the affected content, explain the concern and provide enough information to locate and assess it. Do not include unnecessary sensitive data.

We assess reports and may remove content or restrict accounts where necessary for a breach, safety or legal compliance. A report alone does not automatically prove a violation. Authorized Support staff review reports and disclosed evidence, decide the appropriate action and record their reasons. Ordinary posts are not represented as automatically screened or pre-approved. Restricted accounts can read their standing and use ordinary Support; a restriction continues until Support lifts it. Account-removal decisions may also be corrected through human review.

We give the affected person the factual reason, relevant rule or legal ground, scope and available redress information required by law. Where relevant, the notice explains the use of automated means. Protecting a reporter's identity or confidential evidence does not permit withholding every legally required reason. Illegal-content notices are assessed diligently and without arbitrary or discriminatory treatment.

Flash Rooms require safety screening before entries are shown; unresolved screening or reports can delay results. We offer participation only when that screening is available. The feature explains the screening used and any automated role before submission. Uncertain or reported entries can receive authorized human review; a provider outage does not count as safety approval.

You can challenge a decision through Support and provide relevant information for human review. Restrictions preserve access to your standing and ordinary Support. We do not promise access to another person's private evidence or to ordinary encrypted conversations. Measures must be appropriate to their reason; these Terms do not authorize arbitrary confiscation of money or cancellation of valid attendee obligations.

Consumer complaints

Send a complaint by email, post or telephone using section 1's contact details. We examine oral consumer complaints immediately and resolve them where possible. If an oral complaint cannot be resolved immediately or you disagree with the outcome, we record it and provide a copy as required by law. We give a substantive written response within 30 days, unless a different statutory period applies. A complaint submitted through an online complaint form receives an immediate email acknowledgement. Required complaint records and replies are kept for three years.

If we reject a complaint, we explain why and identify the competent authority or conciliation body, including its required contact and procedure details. You can seek free consumer conciliation after attempting to resolve the dispute directly with us. Competence normally follows your Hungarian residence or place of stay; you may request another competent body as the law allows. The regional contacts appear in the appendix below.

We cooperate with conciliation proceedings as required, including a response and participation by a representative authorized to reach a settlement. We have not made a general declaration accepting every conciliation decision as binding. That does not prevent a binding decision where the law permits one, including qualifying justified claims of up to HUF 250,000. You retain access to courts and applicable consumer-protection authorities.

The consumer-protection authority at our establishment is Budapest Főváros Kormányhivatala, Fogyasztóvédelmi Főosztály, 1117 Budapest, Prielle Kornélia utca 4/b; telephone +36 1 450 2598; email fogyasztovedelem@bfkh.gov.hu. Its official contact page provides further information. The authority's enforcement role is separate from conciliation or a court deciding an individual contractual claim.

14. Leaving Goeeng and account deletion

You may request an export and account closure. Before ordinary closure, resolve the obligations identified in the app, such as held tickets, resale listings, pending payouts, open refunds, active Support cases or accepted upcoming Artist appearances. We explain blockers and their recovery routes. These checks do not override your statutory data-protection rights.

After closure is confirmed, your profile and personal content are hidden, ordinary sessions end, and a 30-day recovery period starts. Limited access remains for explicit restoration, export and Support. Signing in alone does not cancel deletion. Restoration does not clear independent restrictions or recover expired messages.

After the recovery period, ordinary account data is deleted or anonymized under the Privacy Policy. A later dispute or financial obligation does not silently reactivate your account or justify keeping all its social content. Only necessary records are retained under the applicable purpose and deadline. Closure does not cancel existing payment obligations or other people's rights.

15. Additional terms for Hosts and other payout recipients

You must be authorized to bind the organizer or other legal recipient you represent. Partner approval does not replace permits, tax registration, payment provider checks or Event responsibilities. Paid selling requires the necessary billing information, accepted Host terms and payment-provider readiness.

The commercial plan and applicable commission are disclosed before acceptance. The current product plan provides eligible Hosts created before 1 April 2027, Europe/Budapest time, with 0% Host commission until that cutoff, then the 6.7% base plan plus applicable VAT on that commission. We show the commission base, VAT and total deduction before the Host accepts the commercial schedule. There is no recurring subscription charge. Accepted Event income shares are fixed after publication; removing a cohost's operational access does not erase its accepted share.

After payouts, an exact unrecovered provider debit from a released settlement may create a repayment obligation. Each legal payout recipient answers for its allocated share. A cohost does not automatically guarantee another recipient's debt, and a person's product-account ownership alone creates no separate personal guarantee for a company. The organizer's obligations to ticket buyers remain separate from this allocation.

Before an enforceable debt notice is sent, an authorized person verifies the debt, legal recipient, allocation, evidence and proposed restriction. They can reject or correct it. We provide the amount, evidence, objection route and payment instructions. No amount is recovered twice. The repayment clock starts only after that approval, durable in-app notice and verified delivery through the agreed channel. Unpaid debt suspends creation of new Hosts and Events at 23:59:59 on the eighth Hungarian working day after that starting point. Existing Events, sales, attendee obligations, Support and repayment access continue. An unpaid case goes to human legal review 30 days after suspension. Cleared payment restores the affected creation rights, subject to other restrictions.

An objection or partial payment does not automatically extend the deadline. This does not prevent correction of an error, a legally required stay or an external remedy. Detailed debit qualification, notices and repayment mechanics must be provided in an accepted Host schedule before this process is enabled.

16. Availability and responsibility

We provide Goeeng with reasonable care and skill. Availability can be affected by maintenance, connectivity, devices and third-party providers. Cached or estimated information may be stale; crowd estimates and forecasts are not guarantees of attendance, safety, sales or financial results.

The organizer is responsible for its Event, and each party remains responsible for the obligations and losses the law assigns to it. We are responsible for reasonably foreseeable loss caused by our breach or failure to exercise legally required care. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable liability for fraud, intentional wrongdoing, personal injury or mandatory consumer and data-protection rights.

We do not impose a blanket waiver, mandatory private arbitration, or a general requirement that consumers indemnify us for every claim.

17. Changes, governing law and contact

We may update these Terms for changes to the service, law, security or business arrangements. We give clear notice and reasonable advance notice of material changes where appropriate; urgent lawful or safety changes may take effect sooner with an explanation. We seek fresh agreement where required. Changes do not retroactively reprice orders or remove accrued refund or payment rights.

If the legal operator changes, we identify the new operator, explain the change and its data-protection implications, and provide any notice or choice required by law. A future company is not treated as your contracting party before it actually takes over lawfully.

Hungarian law governs these Terms, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections that apply in their country of habitual residence. Court jurisdiction follows applicable law; there is no exclusive Budapest forum imposed on all consumers. Invalid provisions do not remove the rest of the agreement where it can lawfully continue.

Contact support@goeeng.app for these Terms, a complaint or help with Goeeng.
